Collection is available upon request. Goods are then excluded from exchange and return.

Shipment

The shipping costs within Switzerland are 5 francs for standard shipping with Swiss Post (3-6 working days).

Shipping costs to Europe are 14 francs and other countries  (5-8 working days) with DHL or Post.

exchange

Bondings, tapes and braids can be exchanged, but only for a different color (exchange can take 5-14 working days) and in the original packaging and unworn. We offer the best possible and very detailed advice. Custom designs are non-returnable.
